One of my first jobs as a dramaturg was on a local production of Something Rotten! I was tasked with writing up an actor’s packet for the cast where I listed every other musical reference I could find, and provided some essays for some more historical perspective!

I was so enamored with this process that I built on it later in the year! I drafted up a presentation for my dramaturgy class final, and I let my passion for Shakespeare (and my newfound passion for Something Rotten!) shine through!
